SPEC's Full Carbon on Carbon Twin and Tripple Disk Racing Kits are the pinnacle of clutch technology. SPEC's Carbon Kits feature an extremely light 3 lb stackup, common drive hub, but drives almost as smooth as a stock clutch. Due to their aggressive and chemical nature these kits are not recommended for daily use in cold climates (will wear a bit faster in cold). Carbon Twins and Tripples will need to be shimmed every 10 or 15K miles.

The SPEC Super Twin is for street and track use with extreme horsepower and torque (700-1500 ft lbs tq), offering near-stock drivability, tremendous life expectancy, a no shimming/setup bolt-in install and maintenance free operation. With all billet construction, these units are smooth and quiet. Rebuild-able by SPEC or the end user and replacement components. The SPEC Super Twin is constructed of aircraft grade aluminum and high carbon billet steel. Friction is provided by dampened, full-faced carbon graphite, organic, fiber and full metallic options are available. Flywheel and track-spec hardware are included.

The Mini Twin assemblies are available in different clutch disc and flywheel materials, clamp loads, disc configurations and diameters which are recommended based on the type of usage the vehicle demands. SPEC reserves the right to examine any part returned for warranty claim to determine whether a defect in materials or workmanship exists in such product. SPEC liability is limited to repairing, replacing or crediting towards other product, and credits will not exceed the invoice total for the parts. Labor and storage charges are not products of SPEC and, therefore, will not be reimbursed for any reason. Final determination of the condition and suitability of the parts for uses contemplated by the buyer is a sole responsibility of the buyer. INSTALL NOTES: Unless using a new flywheel provided by SPEC, existing unit must be resurfaced prior to installation of the clutch product to ensure integrity of friction surface. Owner must also break in the new high performance clutch for a minimum of 450 miles, primarily city and/or stop-and-go driving, before full throttle engagement, drag launching or speed shifting. * FAILURE TO EXECUTE EACH OF THE ABOVE WILL HINDER CLUTCH PERFORMANCE AND VOID ALL WARRANTY!!! Unless otherwise instructed by written notice from SPEC, follow manufacturer’s instructions when installing clutch and flywheel products. SPEC recommends that all bolts be inspected before re-installation, and any bolts that have been removed and re-torqued multiple times replaced.
